ISEK Summer Camp
2010 ISEK summer camp information will be posted in mid-March 2010
ISEK Camps are a cool way to check out the latest technology, awesome engineering activities, and experience campus, not to mention toy around with some amazing robotics. If you think FIRST LEGO League and inventing is cool, wait until you see this!
We provide several different summer camps, each geared towards a different age range.
Below are the summer camps for 2009.
Online camp registration is now open. Please click on a camp session to register for that session. You may need to disable your web browser’s popup blocker.
What are Engineering: The 2050 Challenge camps about?
The 2050 Challenge is the College of Engineering’s vision for what challenges our world will face in the next 40 years. Renewable energy, abundant clean water, health care, sustainable agriculture, safe roads and preventing natural disasters – these are all problems our society needs to address in the future. Engineering: The 2050 Challenge camps will introduce participants to the 2050 Challenge and give them the opportunity to learn how engineers at Iowa State University are working to address these problems now. Like all ISEK camps, these are hands-on camps where participants get to work alongside engineers to learn about engineering, science and technology.
