The tournament filled up fast, and we had expected that it might given that there are more teams in the state than we have space for at our championship, as was the case last year and is typical in most states, as well. This is why we spoke of it on our coach’s conference calls, blogged it on our website, and sent out the e-mail to coaches prior to opening registration.
We recommend you getting on our waitlist as soon as possible - first come, first served in the event of cancellations or we find more space. We will also be posting local tournaments on our site in the coming weeks so teams can see where other FLL-related activities are happening.
As of Monday, October 15 at noon, we opened team registration for the FLL Championship! Due to overwhelming demand (see the above post), registration is closed again. We highly recommend you get on the waitlist, however!
Registration for the Iowa FLL Championship will open on Monday, October 15 at noon. We will send an e-mail out as a reminder to all registered Iowa FLL teams. We will fill the tournament with the first 70 teams to register. Please e-mail us with any questions.
