This is it…the day you’ve all been waiting for. The 2008 Iowa FLL Championship for Climate Connections is finally here! To all the teams, parents, family, friends, coaches and mentors that are coming in person – welcome! We’re SO excited to see everyone on the Iowa State University campus!

At the Iowa FLL Championship, teams are not only given the opportunity to demonstrate what they’ve accomplished throughout the FLL season, they also can check out a wide variety of engineering activities! We’ve prepared a wide variety of outreach activities teams can do during the Championship. There will be copies of the outreach schedule available that day, but you can download it now for a sneak peak!

The Iowa FLL Championship will again be live broadcast on the web! Watch this page on Friday afternoon for the link to connect to the live webcast. We’ll be broadcasting the opening/closing ceremonies as well as all of the robot matches this year. Your computer will need a recent version of Flash player to view the webcast. Hope to see you online this Saturday!

The program and schedule for the 2008 Iowa FLL Championship have been posted on the web and are available for you to download! Please note that these documents will be available on the day of the tournament, so you do not need to print them in advance.
