Judging Session Schedule

There are a total of eight different Judging Rooms. Judging sessions are 25 minutes sessions via Zoom. Each Championship Advancing team will attend one Judging Session. Find your team’s Judging Session assignment by looking at the schedule.

Please enter the Judging Room 5-10 minutes early to do microphone and video checks with your team. A room moderator will let you into the call. At this time, inform the Room Moderator if you need to share your screen during the presentation. Ensure all team members have their name set to this format (Team Number – First Name)

Each Judging Room will have an Iowa FLL Staff Member serving as a Room Moderator to help your team throughout the event. To find your Moderator look for a user with the following name format (Iowa FLL – First Name). Moderators are able to provide feedback on technical issues or any other questions you may have.

Spectator Best Practices!

We encourage other teams, spectators, coaches and mentors to watch other team’s Judging Sessions. Here are some best practices as a spectator to follow.

  • Join before the Judging Session starts
  • Mute your microphone.
  • Turn off your camera.
