FLL Explore Expo Event Registration
Registration for 2022-2023 is now open from October 10 to October 23.
Teams wishing to be reviewed at an FLL Explore Expo can fill out the registration link below. Teams will be asked to select three dates and times for possible review sessions. The exact beginning and times will be determined by the number of teams registering for the Expo. Most begin around 9 am.
If your team is unable to make any of the dates available and would like a virtual review, please email fll@iastate.edu.

STEP 1: Register Online!
Let us know your team is interested in attending a virtual event via the online form. Teams will be notified with ample time prior to the expo event with information about their specific expo.
To officially register teams, please be prepared to provide:

- Team Shipping Information
- FLL Explore Expo Preferences
- Important Team Information
- Agree to Safety Precautions
- Names of Coaches and Team Members
Coaches Information
Provide information for both coaches:

STEP 2: Consent Forms
Due a minimum of ONE WEEK Before Event.
All team members and coaches must have an ISU FLL Consent Form completed and submitted via the Iowa FLL Online Form. These forms are required to be completed before attending an Iowa FLL Event (in-person or virtual). Please send this link to each team member’s adult/parent along with the team number and coach name.
If your team needs paper copies or needs to correct an error in their form, please email fll@iastate.edu.
Get a jump on getting your team consent forms done now, if you have not done so already. No team members or coaches will be allowed to participate at an official Iowa FIRST® LEGO® League Explore Event without a completed Consent and Release form. Parents of youth participants, coaches and mentors need to fill out the new Consent and Release Form.
